Cost is one of the biggest reasons people put off dental treatment they actually need. Understanding what’s covered, what isn’t, and what options exist to bridge the gap can make that decision a lot less stressful.
Weimar Family & Implant Dentistry is a contracted provider with Delta Dental and Health Partners, and works as an independent provider for most other dental insurance plans. Coverage and benefits vary significantly by plan, so the team helps patients understand their specific policy and maximize whatever reimbursement is available.
Patients are responsible for all office fees regardless of what insurance covers. Co-pays and deductibles are due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Knowing this upfront avoids any surprises at checkout.
Bigger procedures like crowns, bridges, dentures, or root canals don’t have to happen all at once financially. The practice can schedule major work in phases that fit a patient’s budget and timeline, rather than requiring payment in full before treatment begins.
For patients without insurance, or whose coverage doesn’t stretch far enough, several paths exist:
The office accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for day-of payments, in addition to the financing options above.
The best way to understand your actual out-of-pocket cost is to bring your insurance information to a consultation, whether you’re exploring dental implants, same day teeth, or general treatment. Schedule an appointment and the team can walk through your specific coverage and financing options before any work begins.
